05 Team model

The Team Model.

You attend as a team, with leaders paired with senior ICs or engineering managers from the same org. This is intentional.

  • 01All team members complete the self-assessment independently. The gaps between your answers reveal where your organization's real blind spots are.
  • 02Discussions and artifacts are designed for multiple perspectives: the strategic view and the ground-level reality.
  • 03After the course, your team is your accountability group for the 90-day follow-through.
  • 04Anyone on your team can sign up. Colleagues on the same email domain are automatically grouped together.
06 90-day follow-up
